Why has MicroSoft Rewards daily points gone down to 195 daily instead of 210?

I don't know if I'm missing out on something because I'm level 2 and my daily total points has decreased from 210 to 195 due to the activities.

    I knew that abt 2 days ago, and saw some cmt said that the points earned had descended at winter and it back to the its own road. Truly weird momento, even.

    Since yesterday, the daily offers(to date) have been reduced from 5 to 10 :-) !.

    Others always 2 instead of 5 points...

    For me, not only complete puzzle point came down from 1000 to 500, but also for each puzzle part, it came down from 100 to 50.

    I get zero for BOTH 🤨

    The puzzle pieces progress, but no points allocated for each piece.

    And when I get to the puzzle end it just resets, again with zero points.

    Two answers from support tickets,

    #1: problem with your route (like ****?),

    #2: you're using a VPN (no details on how they came to that conclusion)

    AUS govt are asking for case examples for a social media companies review, they asked, I provided, let's see what happens. Reply was promising, better than M$

    Dam, Happy new year! My point is back now but the puzzle point got cut in half 1000 -> 500 and the other bouns include Quote of the day and other got reduce from 5 -> 2
