Help!! Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

Same thing happened to me. For several years, I completed the Daily Set and searched on IE (now Edge). Each and every day, the Rewards page urged me to conduct other searches on the Bing app, the Xbox app, and with the Rewards app on Xbox. So I started doing just that... and within two weeks, my account was suspended in late 2023. No policies violated.

Searching the MS Community, I came across a post and reply that directed the user to submit a support request. So I started doing that, beginning late November. Never received a reply, and beginning mid-December, I started submitting a new support request every other day, through yesterday (Jan 9). Today, all fields on the support page are grayed out.

In addition to the text AlexL101 quoted from the message at the top of the support page, there's a link and invitation to view the MS Services agreement governing the program. But what's the f'king point? If MS won't review the support requests, why would I waste time reviewing this document?

The Rewards program is a colossal joke.

I'm boiling over this. I just lost $350.00 in rewards because of this avoidable nonsense. I hear ya! They better do the right thing and re-activate these accounts and move on in life...

Just dumb.

I have the same problem. My account was suspended today even though I have done none of the violations mentioned. I tried creating a ticket, but the page says "404 - The page does not exist." It says that it will redirect me to rewards.microsoft.com in 5 seconds, but it never does so. No idea what happened, and it seems I am not the only one going through this.

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. May I ask if you ever used VPN while earning points in Microsoft Rewards? Please note that using VPN is not advisable as it violates Microsoft’s Terms of Services: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement/. Also, please ensure you’re not sharing the same phone number with other accounts and you’re not using a VoIP number when redeeming as doing so violates the program policy and may result in issues with redeeming rewards. We can only hope. But I'm not getting much confidence in that happening with how every thread is getting the same generic reply and it hasn't been addressed at all as an issue.
