Help!! Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

I feel your pain. My wife's account was suspended yesterday as well. No bots or VPN ever used. Most likely that will hang the "can't have multiple accounts under one household" which by all accounts is the most dumb thing I have ever heard. Why should it matter? I use my account for my searches throughout the day, and she does as well. Why shouldn't we both get credit for using the program as it was intended? We are both individuals. If she lived next door, then it would be OK? You would think they would like the fact that multiple people are using their search engine, vs that "other one". I have had these accounts for years and have used BING exclusively. Now with this BS, I 'm not so sure. It's like they turned their back on us. Pathetic.

We have several people in the house with Microsoft accounts but I AM THE ONLY ONE using Bing.com and the rewards. I got this message:

"Your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended. Our research indicates that you or your Microsoft Rewards account has engaged in one or more violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement, which may include, but is not limited to:

• Maintaining multiple user accounts per household
• Opening more than one user account per individual
• Residing outside of the supported regions
• Providing inaccurate account information, including your true first and last name, your complete and accurate mailing address, a working phone number and your email address
• Using a service intended to confuse your true IP address or your location
• Using a bot, cheat code, macro or other automated method to participate in Microsoft Rewards

All I do is log into my Bing.com once a day. I do some searches, do some quizzes, polls, and click on all the items under rewards. Now I can't do that! They COULD have emailed me and say they were banning me and explained why. But I guess they figured I would would just keep clicking on there quizzes and doing polls.

What a waste of my time. Apparently I am not the only one!

I would like someone from Microsoft to look at my account and tell me what I violated. I didn't violate ANYTHING in my opinion.

This has happened to me as well. Me and my mother both have separate accounts. Both of us are banned suddenly. I haven't used any exploits, any bots, or any shortcuts. I don't expect that she did either. Is there anyone to contact because this came out of nowhere, I had this account for years.

I'm a little offended that seemingly every other suspension trend got those nearly identical generic replies except mine.

I guess whoever writes these generic replies doesn't like reading, but in my defense they do tell us to be thorough when making these reports. Or maybe they're all chatbots.

It seems like several people including myself got our account suspended out of the blue on the 30th or around that time. I've done none of the things that the suspension notice says could increase account suspension but I still got my account suspended yesterday. I was guessing it had to do with strange activity because of a major internet and cell service outage in my area or some sort of weird complication with GeForce Now in conjunction with PC Game Pass. But if there's several sudden cases of warrantless suspensions around the same time there might be some sort of deeper issue here.
