Hi,
I have a MS Surface Pro 9 and after waking up from sleep the screen is always sluggish (i.e. the mouse moves aren't fluid). However, as soon as I plug the power supply the lag goes away and is away even when I unplug it.
I've done a diagnostics but couldn't find anything.
Any ideas what could be the root of this problem? I don't have anything ressources intensive that is running.
Thanks,
ioan

It's in Settings > System > Display > Advanced Display. If your device supports it, there should be a dropdown menu allowing you to choose the refresh rate. My available options were 60 Hz, 120 Hz, or Dynamic.
Solved my problem! Thanks!
I'm having the same problem since the latest update. This work around works. Thanks!
Microsoft, there's something buggy in the last updates you pushed out. Are you working on fixing it?
I have the same issue, tried updating and everything. But when I plug in the power, problem is solved.
After removing power it returns to be slow, mouse lagging, after a while again.
