Surface pro 7 login says "Couldn't turn on the camera, please sign in with your pin"

I have the same issue, I did system upgrade, stopped the camera and enabled again from device manager seems working fine (for an hour so far)

This worked for an hour, then the camera stops working (the lights above the screen are on). Lile something else is using the camerabut there is nothing in task manager that says it is. As above, camera works after restarting (for an hour)

So still need a fix as i can't reatart the computer every hour to fix the camera

Yes, this did work and noticed that only the IR camera came on.  Normally, my work-round to the problem when Hello does not activate is to initiate 'Restart' option which activates both front cameras and from the on all is OK except that more often than not, the ARC Blue Tooth mouse is slow to activate and requires some manual prompting via 'Settings.'   I find that once Hello has been activated, via this process, it works OK for consecutive sessions.

• 1.Press and hold the power button until the screen turns off (about 10 seconds), then release the power button.
• 2.Press and release the power button to turn your Surface back on. You should see the Microsoft logo.

Just bought this surface pro and set up, there is no switch camera button found at all. Please advice. I am using zoom meeting and cannot see me and the video button does not  show. The error message said please check your driver. At another help button, I deleted one camera on my device manager. Nothing is working. Please advice.
