Exactly, I did the driver re-installation many times but the problem returns, Can someone take a deep look into this problem and provide this forum a permanent solution?

Hi,
Anyone has the same issue as me?
When I change brightness with keyboard it does change to 30-50% only (no visible change).
When changing in side swipe, with touch it allows me to change 0%-100% (no visible change)
I tried with nigh mode off... no change
Tried windows setting ... no change
Ambient light On/Off... no change
Can anyone help?

2020-02-29T09:38:21+00:00 - I tried tried uninstalling the Display Adapters "Intel(R) Irish(R) Plus Graphics... and my screen got really small... and when I restarted everything now nothing happens at all! The screen is black except for a little windows symbol sitting in the middle. What happened to it? I'm getting ready to box it up and take it back. This is way too much trouble. Whatever they did in the Pro 7, it isn't working!

2021-01-11T18:40:06+00:00 This is a reoccurring issue that doesn't seem to have a real fix currently. Unfortunately, restarting it is not a "real" fix, it is a temporary fix. It will fix the issue for a good while until it randomly occurs again. It's extremely annoying when I am in a workflow with many windows open and I suddenly can't dim my blinding screen in the night or brighten in the day. If there was a solution where I could simply re-enable or reinstall a driver without having to restart then at least I would not have to crash my workflow. Unfortunately, not even that will work. For the amount of money I paid for my Surface Pro 7, I should not have to be dealing with this. Thankfully, it doesn't happen too frequently but it's still a reoccurring issue that really impacts my use of the device when it happens. This seems to be a widespread issue that has been going on for over a year so a fix should be put on high priority.
