cameras are not working on my Surface PRO X device. [Answered]

Error code 0xA00F4271<MediaCaptureFailedEvent> (0x80004005).

I've run trough the Get Help App on my device but after following all the steps camera is still not running.

Any help?

We are aware that customers using Surface Pro X were having issues using the built-in cameras and we have resolved this issue with a driver update.   Please go to Windows Update to install the new driver named Microsoft Corporation – System Hardware Update – 5/26/2023.

    MICROSOFT, I buy 3 surface X pro last week for work. We use surface for work and video calls, photos and meetings. After windows updates cameras dont work. I reinstall for factory, but didnt work. You've done a lot of work now, not just for me only.

    Please fix this issue ASAP!

    Well, let's summarize. All Surface X are broken. Many of us made "factory reset" which did not help, but results in extended workload to install everything back. Devices still not functional. ..... and Microsoft tells "some users are facing issues"
    DISAPPOINTED
    Badly disappointed.
    Fix it ASAP !
