The title says it all, I updated the wifi driver to "Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. – Net – 15.68.17013.110", and after that update, I can't connect to a 5GHz wifi connection, I can only connect to 2.4 GHz. when i try to connect to the 5GHz, it says: "Unable to connect to this network". Uninstalling the wifi driver, and restarting the device did help me get the 5GHz connection back to my Surface book, but when i decided to try to install the same driver again, and try to connect to 5GHz again, the same "Unable to connect to this network" appears. Does anyone have this issue?

Hi,
Did someone tried a complete reinstall to see if it works ?
I've the latest 1909 build with 112 and cannot connect to 5Ghz network.
I've the surface pro 2017 (the one just after the Gen4)
I've tried multiple rollback/uninstall with multiple different version. Not any one worked on 5G... I'm loosing my mind...
nope. I tried 5 of 200 SP2017 with my trainee with different versions (1809 up to 1909) Wirh no luck.

Hi Eddy,
Why haven't SB2 owners received such update? My brand new SB2 is currently too close to useless because the WiFi issues. Could you share a timeline?
Regards,
Hi Matt,
I'm having the exact same issue. I'm considering Rebooting my entire system (resetting it to new), have you tried that yet, I don't want to do it if I know someone else tried and it doesnt work.
Thanks in advance!
No I have not tried that. I don't have the time at the moment to be rebuilding my machine. I went out and bought a USB wireless adapter as a workaround.
