The title says it all, I updated the wifi driver to "Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. – Net – 15.68.17013.110", and after that update, I can't connect to a 5GHz wifi connection, I can only connect to 2.4 GHz. when i try to connect to the 5GHz, it says: "Unable to connect to this network". Uninstalling the wifi driver, and restarting the device did help me get the 5GHz connection back to my Surface book, but when i decided to try to install the same driver again, and try to connect to 5GHz again, the same "Unable to connect to this network" appears. Does anyone have this issue?

Signed up for Windows Insider. Chose the Release Preview. Installed version 1909.
Still have the problem.
> Selecting Release Preview will keep you on the current public release of Windows but provide you the latest Surface updates before they are more broadly available.
>
Eddy, this is incorrect. Release Preview is currently on 1909, not 1903. 1909
has not been released.
Thank you for reporting the issue. A fix for this issue is currently available through our Windows Insider Program.
To join the Windows Insider Program go to Settings> Update & Security > Windows Insider Program and clickGet Started. You will need to provide a Microsoft Account and when prompted choose Release Preview (learn more about Insider rings). Selecting Release Preview will keep you on the current public release of Windows but provide you the latest Surface updates before they are more broadly available. You can always go to Settings> Update & Security > Windows Insider Program to opt out of receiving preview updates.
This fix will be generally available through Windows Update as soon as it completes our quality testing
