    Hi Danbord,

Thank you for the update on the issue.

If issue still persist try to create new user account. If you create new account nothing will be lost, it is only the thing that it would be in the other user account which you are using right now. However creating new user account is a diagnostic step, if everything works fine in new user account we can easily move the files and programs to new user account.

So, for now please try to create new user account as an administrator from the link provided below. Make sure you should follow the steps mentioned under **Create a Local account** and get back to us with the status, we will be happy to assist you.

    Thank you.

    Hello Shawn,

    1. Are all the device drivers updated?
    2. Have you tried to contact the manufacturer of your computer? If yes what they have suggested?

Try to update the display drivers from the manufacturer's website and see if it helps.

Do get back to us with all these information and result of proposed suggestion.

    Regards.

Same issue with my HP Envy 14 laptop.

Is your display adapter getting power from the TV?  I wonder if its worth trying a AC-USB power supply.  Maybe the USB power just isn't enough for power demands when video streams??
