    Well! There you have it!

In the meantime, my Duo 1 is hardly unusable. I just turn off the VPN when on Wifi. Not a big deal. It works fine.

Yes on Duo 1 and Duo 2.

Don't do a Factory Reset, yet.

The first thing to do is turn off your VPN when on Wifi.

That almost always fixes most issues, if not all of them. Then await an update.

Is this also happening with the surface duo 1? I am having the same issues. Would a factory reset help the problem?

I'm in the same boat as you. The only way I can get my Duo 2 on, and have it stay on, is by leaving it on the charger.
