Surface Pro 7 Slow WiFi

Hello everyone,

I am working with my new Surface Pro 7 i5 one or two days now and unfortunately, I still have severe wifi issues after installing all updates. Speed is between 0 and 1,250 kbit/s.

After searching for this issue, I found several entries describing this kind of problem and some workarounds like setting the MIMO Power Safe Mode to a different value. (as described here) I did all this but still, there is no improvement. 

Any other suggestions on this? Is this a known bug? Is there a patch on its way? Is Microsoft working on this?

Any help is greatly appreaciated.

    WHY DOES IT TAKR MICROSOFT SO LONG TO FIX PROBLEMS?  THIS SLOW WIFI ISSUE ON THE SURFACE 7 HAS BEEN AROUND FOR A LOM\NG TIME.   THEY REALLY ARE BAD WHEN IT COMES TO SUPPORT.

    Only Microsoft can fix this problem. It obviously within the driver for the wifi. I've tried everything and finally just figured out how to run an Ethernet cable to my desk and the deck. Sucks. Like being in the 90s again.

    I HAVE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY SURFACE 7.  ALL OTHER EQUIPMENT DOWNLOADS AT 165MBPS

    Crest Z,  Why is this problem only with my Surface 7?  My Surface 3,  2 smart phone and two Alexa's do not have this problem.  All five have download speeds of 165Mbts.  However the Surface 7 download speed is only 10 Mps.. I have followed all your recommendations above with no increase in download speed for the surface 7.  I have checked all my drivers and reset the network.  Nothing seems to fix it.   Any other suggestions?  Thanks  Joe
