Hey Ja_Mo,
Have you tried Win11? I did the upgrade in December and did not have issues since then. I gonna try to provoke it today in several ways. But I think W11 fixed the issue somehow. Will report my progress here

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have a surface pro 7 that I use 90% of the time for taking notes. I've noticed that about once every week, immediately after using the camera in Onenote for Windows 10 I get a PFN_LIST_CORRUPT blue screen. This happens when onenote is syncing with onedrive, after the camera app has shut down. This doesn't occur every time I use the camera, and so far I have only seen this BSOD while using onenote. My four most recent minidump files can be found here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AmXBsokKEXVkwBl\_KnsTW9XEo91w
Any solutions?

I've received a brand new replacement in November, but unsurprisingly, it did not fix the issue. I tried asking Windows support for help, but even the Level 2 technician didn't have a clue of what he was doing and told me to go back to the Surface team. The Surface team then told me to go back to the Windows team, and after some time, I just gave up.
I only need the rear camera for document scanning, which I won't need to do anymore in three months, so I now use Microsoft Lens on Android now and sync it via OneNote to my Surface.
Anyone have any updates since then??
Gone through many replacements with the same blue screen issues sigh.
What should I check for? And if you say 'fixed', for how long did you use the camera without getting the BSOD?
Check your Privacy & Security settings! It fixed it for me at least for now
