Hi, just recently installed the Windows 10 May update on my Surface Book 2. Now the GPU disappears randomly while in use. The only solution is to reboot the Surface Book 2, or go into the device manager and initiate a scan for the GPU to come back again. It has Nvidia Gforce GTX 1050 version 23.21.13.9140
Are there any plans for Microsoft to release an updated driver to fix this bug?

Hey, Day by day,
I'm looking for some good news but nothing happens, dam Microsoft
Absolutely, I used to love the Microsoft Surface, but I have been having 1-2 crashes/hour (blue screen, black screen, buzzing screen, all types) for more than 1 month now, with no response from Microsoft. Till now I have been calm, but still no news.
Microsoft = rubbish deployment testing = pathetic customer service (why did you not test your own operating system on your own hardware? When will you take responsibility for the pain you have caused your users? Why wont you say something you damned cowards

Mysteryyy I feel your pain!!!! My SB2 GPU drops out with astounding regularity, sometimes with a BSOD as an added bonus!!! We are into August 2019, and I've beseeched and implored the Surface group for help, but to no avail...
I love this laptop but I am now forced to consider alternatives which I am extremely strongly against!!! The mechanical engineering that went into this thing is the best I've ever seen!
DAMN YOU MICROSOFT!!!!!! DAMN YOU
