Surface Book 2 GPU Driver disappears randomly after May 2019 update

Hi, just recently installed the Windows 10 May update on my Surface Book 2. Now the GPU disappears randomly while in use. The only solution is to reboot the Surface Book 2, or go into the device manager and initiate a scan for the GPU to come back again. It has Nvidia Gforce GTX 1050 version 23.21.13.9140
Are there any plans for Microsoft to release an updated driver to fix this bug?

There are some updates that were pushed to PRODUCTION today https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4055398/surface-book-2-update-history You do NOT need to join Insiders to get these.

2019-07-26T17:48:18+00:00 I think that I forgot to add to the list of issues... introduced with 1903... and latest firmware pack:
- I can no longer change screen brightness.
- Night light mode barely works. Opening and closing my lid (screen) or docking/undocking turns it off.

2019-07-25T19:52:43+00:00 I've installed 431.36, this issue is still there, I try to test on my photoshop, and it stopped after 10 minutes, nothing happens, so sad. Please fix that error; now I use my wife's MacBook for backup in this case :(((
You can try this workaround "NVidia Control Panel -> Manage 3D Settings -> Global Settings Tab -> Power Management Mode (set this to Prefer maximum performance)".
This issue is still causing some pain, but this workaround has stopped program crashes for me. The surface is running real hot when I use REVIT with Enscape for real time rendering, and I haven't tested with Adobe Products, but my system is usable again without the expected dGPU crash. I updated to latest driver with NVIDIA and did as DannyChow suggests above and I am productive again. Microsoft stills needs to resolve this, but at least the system is not disabling itself every 5-10 minutes!
