After reinstalling from zero Windows 10, I still have the same problem. I am using W10 1909, 18363.778. Also, when it happens, the only way to power it up is by using the "original" power supply since the original docker is unable to turn it on.

I'm tired of all these issues now. At first, a few days ago, I was working on this laptop and it shut down randomly. I switched it on, but again it shut down randomly. In 20 minutes, this happened thrice. I tried something, and then it worked fine for a day. Then today again, it is happening. The diagnostic kit says there's nothing wrong. Please help.

2020-04-17T20:09:40+00:00 So far this seems to work as I have not have any random shutdown for the entire day. I am using SP7 i7/16G/256GSSD. I am just a little annoy that this is still an on going problem and lack of response by Microsoft is a little disheartening. I coming back from iPad and really don't want to go back to it but MS sure don't seem to want to keep customers with such slow response. The original complain dated back December of 2019 and we are now into mid April.

The only new hint that I can share with you is that this problem began approximately two months ago with some updates. I have just reinstall all the system ( Refresh Star). I will post you if this work

Center from the Microsoft Store, opening it, going to System>Power>Panel Self
Refresh and turning it off for both "On Battery" and "Plugged In"."
