New Surface Pro 7 shutting down randomly
I'm tired of all these issues now. At first, a few days ago, I was working on this laptop and it shut down randomly. I switched it on, but again it shut down randomly. In 20 minutes, this happened thrice. I tried something, and then it worked fine for a day. Then today again, it is happening. The diagnostic kit says there's nothing wrong. Please help.

2020-04-22T01:12:53+00:00 Mine didn't worked the first time till I reset Windows to original...meaning you hv to wipe out all previous updates and set back to original and then set up again as if you received it new. Then download Intel Graphics and try option 4...Right pain i know and MS should really answer for this.

Very disappointing. What a waste of money. If I had wanted this nonsense, I would have kept my old system.

2020-04-21T21:37:09+00:00 Have you tried this. Seems to work with mine for now.
I've fixed it on my SP7 i5/8G/256G by installing the Intel Graphics Command Center from the Microsoft Store, opening it, going to System>Power>Panel Self Refresh and turning it off for both "On Battery" and "Plugged In"."
Do let me know if it works. Thanks
worked for me!
