Surface Pro 3 Wavy diagonal lines when inking

Please help me out: what do you mean by using the word "supposedly" ?

Are you trying to say that this problem does not exist, or that the people who are providers of the pen technology dont understand the most basic limitiation of its product?

Please take 5 minutes of your most valuable professional time, click the pen button once and try to draw a slow diagonal line on your sp3 (I suppose you have one right?) feel free to use a ruler, to make sure the line drawn line is straight.

then take a look at the result, doubleclick the pen button and create a snapshot of what you see, you will be suprised...

Please take then 5 more minutes of your most valuable professional time and write an email to n-trig support including the screencapture and asking if this behaviour is normal.

I must say I am indeed very surprised that no one at Microsoft or around the most valuable professionals has ever done that, let alone the missing communication around the issue

I feel like playing the telephone game here....

are you near a Microsoft Store? If yes, can you go there with your equipment and

test there and with one of their display pens, etc. to try to see if this is

hardware or software for sure?

Hello everyone

N-Trig now admits the low perfomance level of their technology implemented in SP3, see statement above.

Firmware Release Surface Pen Settings driver update (v3.0.64.0) did not fix anything, no description is provided.

All units suffer from the issue, we have not seen any screencaptures where slow diagonal lines were drawn correctly in acceptable quality.

--> Important now that MS makes a statement (after severel MONTHS!!!) and also admits the limitiations so we users and vendors can make recomandations NOT to use this device for business purposes.

This is important for credibility (or whats left of it)
