missing ssd drive
has anyone had missing ssd drive issues with the surface studio v1 2tb 128 sdd- I have had two machines both new and can not find the drive - 6 weeks of dealing with problem - costing me money - and I must of spoken to support least 10 times and IT support least 5 who keep linking to machine and telling me it's not there - not getting anywhere with this - so would help to know if anyone else has been through this and how it was resolved - feel I'm going crazy - thank you

as a separate drive as it is used for caching. He told me that the Surface Data
Eraser should put the drive back to the correct configuration. documentation at
