I got this message 30 mins after creating the account and loading 100$ into it,

"Your access to Microsoft Advertising is currently blocked

We have detected unusual activity in your Microsoft Advertising account. As a security precaution, we have suspended your account and blocked your access.

You can no longer sign in with this user name or email address.

To resolve this issue, please contact Support."

I have never used microsoft ads before, this is insane. I feel like they robbed me of my money. I didn't even do anything.

When i contact support they say they cant even tell me what the issue is.

Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

Thanks,
Matt

Same exact problem. I created an account and was immediately banned even before I input any content whatsoever. Support tells me they can't tell me why and it's impossible to reverse. I advertise with every other major platform without issue. Unbelievable.

There's obviously a broken robot running somewhere that's doing this.

Has anyone gotten a resolution to this?

I have never been so frustrated, ran into the same thing and complained to 3 different support folks that I got connected to. I just could not believe that there was no specific explanation and that the people kept reading from the same script, decision is final, no recourse. Getting banned before I placed the first ad in the account! I am connected to an advertising agency and wanted to start using Bing ads for the targeting, but no more. It must be an ESG thing, Microsoft banning fossil fuel industry ads as part of a climate change statement.

You don't need to loose any money. Request you bank chargeback the payment.

Unfortunately, Bing ads support does not bother to see account issues and suspend all real accounts. I faced same issues and lost my $250, amount never came into my account.

I contacted multiple times and asked them, what is criteria to judge someone ads account, they have same answer to see policies.

I'm pretty sure, majority of suspended ads account followed all policies.

Google ads support and algorithm is much better as compare to Bing/ Microsoft, Google notify with proper reason and solution.

Direct ads account suspension is not a solution. Bing needs more time. If you ask me I'll 4 out of 10 to Bing Support Team

    Well,
I had chance to ask direct question to the MS Support team,

They have told me that -

    1. There are no blacklists related to IP
    2. They block your account not the email address, so in theory you can apply again with same email address.

    I am from UK
