Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Unable to log into Microsoft Account after iPhone 16 upgrade - Authenticator not displaying codes
After upgrading to iPhone 16, I’m unable to log into my Microsoft work account. When I try to access the Outlook app, it prompts me for a code from the Authenticator app, but no code is displayed. Unfortunately, the Authenticator app is the only authentication method I have set up, so I’m locked out of my account.
I’m also the administrator of this work account, which means I can’t make any changes to settings or reset authentication methods without logging in. I’ve already contacted Microsoft support and completed basic troubleshooting steps, but nothing has worked so far.
To make things worse, I can’t submit a ticket online because it requires me to log in, which, again, I can’t do without the Authenticator code. I’m stuck in a loop. Is there any solution to regain access to my account and fix this issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
