I'm looking at rolling out passwordless to my organisations, using MS Authenticator as we already use it for other things. Trouble is, some of our employees travel a lot, and might not alway be in signal range to be online. My question is this: can passwordless via the notification method work if someone were offline? Should the primary method (notification) not be available, if a secondary were set, could this be used to login?
