Buongiorno, ho inviato la richiesta di riattivazione del mio account Hotmail tramite il collegamento ufficiale aka.ms. Ho visto la conferma sullo schermo, ma non ho ricevuto un'email con il numero della pratica. Sono passati diversi giorni e non ho ricevuto risposta. Anche la verifica tramite SMS risulta indisponibile. Come posso verificare se la richiesta è stata registrata e conoscere lo stato della procedura?

    Could you please provide a little more information about what happens when you try to sign in to your Hotmail account? And do you mean that you fill out the recovery form?

    In particular, please let me know the exact error message you receive, whether you are trying to sign in through a web browser at Outlook.com or through the Outlook app, and whether you still have access to the recovery phone number/email or Microsoft Authenticator associated with the account. Also, let me know when you were last able to sign in successfully.
