Azure student school name dropdown error. Unable to search university

Please try the below options.

1. Use an InPrivate/Incognito browser window and disable VPNs, ad blockers, and browser extensions.
2. Try a different browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox).
3. Change the Country field to match your university's actual country exactly.
4. Type at least 3-5 characters of the full university name and wait a few seconds for suggestions.
5. Verify that your university is eligible for Azure for Students and that you're using a valid academic email address.

If the dropdown never shows any schools, the issue may be on Microsoft's academic verification service rather than your browser. Similar cases have been reported where the School Name lookup returns no results, preventing completion of the verification process.

You may also want to contact your school's IT Help Desk or IT Administrator to confirm:

• Whether the institution is currently recognized and eligible for Azure for Students verification
