Office 2024 - cannot download

I am trying to download MSFT Office 2024.

I successfully redeemed my product key for Step 2 of 2.

But the next stage threw an error:

Service Unavailable

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties.

    Hi,

    In this case, try contacting the store where you received the redemption key; it is possible that it was an unofficial volume license key, so you should request a refund.

    If you wish to download the software, you can download Office 365 from the link below; the setup file is the same for both Office 365 and Office 2024.
