My authenticator is not receiving any code on my new phone

I recently broke my phone to the point the screen can't detect any touch. As of now I have e new phone and during the set up on all my microsoft school account my authenticator can't receive any code. My 3 gadgets, 1 laptop, 1 ipad, and my new phone needs the code and my old phone can not be open despite being able to charge. Currently wondering if there's another way to get an access and remove my old phone to the authenticator app without needing the code.
