Is that 60TB drive an USB external drive? If so you cannot use it to replace your C drive. Window cannot run from a USB drive.

i keep getting "build" warnings on my laptop.and the way the drive was set up my root c drive is very small .i have purchased a 60 TB drive. how can i move my root drive with my windows 11 to my new drive ( via usb ) please help

Please provide the following information/answers -
- Is there a typo there? Is it 60TB or 60GB? 60 TB is quite rare.
- Is this drive you purchased meant to be installed internally, or is it connected via USB?
- Can you right click on the Start button and go to Disk Management, and share a screenshot of the Disk Management please? I need to review this part of the information.
