Our Public Trust organization identity validation for Clikd Inc. (US corporation, Delaware) changed to Failed on Aug 11, 2026. Neither the Azure portal nor the notification email gives a reason.

Could someone from the Artifact Signing team tell us the failure reason? In particular, was it the supporting documents (age or type), the business address, the business identifier, or something else? Since the number of validation and document attempts is limited, we would like to fix the actual problem before creating a new request.

Also, if a new request is required for the same primary email address, please let us know whether we need to go through support first, as the FAQ suggests.
