Hi, previous account got hacked and compromised by the hacker, I lost all my data and left my subscription activated. They changed my username and password so I can't login back. I would like to cancel the subscription and willing to provide ID if it means to cancel the subscription.

I’m sorry your account was compromised. Please first use the Microsoft account Sign-in Helper and enter the original email address or phone number associated with the account. The tool will check the account details and direct you to the available recovery or support options.

If the tool directs you to it, complete the Microsoft account recovery form. Use a familiar device and location, provide another working email address, and include as much accurate account history as possible. Microsoft sends the result to that contact email.

If access cannot be restored, contact Microsoft Support regarding the active subscription. Keep the bank receipt available, but do not post identification, banking details, or card information publicly.

I don't want to accumulate any fees on an account that is compromised and unable to access.

Yes, you should contact your bank immediately. Ask the bank to prevent further unauthorized charges and advise whether the card should be blocked or replaced. Simply disputing one charge may not prevent future charges.

However, a bank payment block does not formally cancel the Microsoft 365 subscription. Since you cannot access the account, please contact Microsoft Support, explain that the account was taken over, and request help stopping recurring billing. Microsoft Support can create a support case and provide its reference number.
