Lost my phone 10 years ago so Microsoft has it still on record so can't receive SMS on new phone for my new laptop for code

    Do you have any other verification methods to prove your identity?

    If you do not have a recovery phone number or email address to verify your identity, you will have to replace the Security information in your Microsoft account. That is, on the Verify Your identity screen, select 'I don't have any of these' and follow the prompts to replace the Security information.
