Ich habe einen E-Mail-Account, bei dem ich leider das Passwort vergessen habe. Die hinterlegten Sicherheitsfragen sind inzwischen so alt, dass ich mich nicht mehr an die Antworten erinnern kann. Wie kann ich trotzdem wieder Zugriff auf meine E-Mail-Adresse bekommen?

    Since you forgot the password as well as the security questions, you have to fill out the recovery form. However, first, try resetting your password using any available verification method:
    https://account.live.com/password/reset

    Then, use the Sign-in Helper tool:

    https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/accounts-billing/manage/i-can-t-sign-in-to-my-microsoft-account

    If it does not help, fill out the recovery form with accurate information, such as name, birth date, old phone number, Skype/Xbox information, or subscriptions. Be noted that it takes time until you receive a response.
