    If this is an IMAP email account, the email and mail folders should sync as long as the same account is added to Outlook on both the PC and Android phone.

    If you haven’t tried it yet, first make sure the same email account is added in Outlook on both devices and that new emails are appearing in the account’s webmail.

    Please note that IMAP normally syncs email only. It does not usually sync contacts or calendars.

    To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you using New Outlook or Classic Outlook on the PC?
    2. Is the IMAP account already added to Outlook on both the PC and Android phone?
    3. What exactly is not syncing: emails, folders, contacts, or calendar?

    If the account on both devices is IMAP, Outlook can sync email, but calendar and contacts do not sync through IMAP.

    For calendar and contacts to sync between a PC and Android, the account needs to be added as Exchange / Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, not IMAP.

    If using Outlook for Android and calendar or contacts are not syncing:
