I need to reinstall Windows 11, but cannot download it from the Microsoft Web page

I simply need to download Windows11.iso. Both my PC and laptop have been affected by the "Scapegoat Virus", and I just want to reinstall. Surely that is not a problem. It has taken a long time to set up my Devices to my requirements, and I just want to reinstall for my needs. I have paid for the software.

ISO download and how to reinstall Windows using the ISO method.

Back up important files before proceeding with the steps below:

Select Download tool now, and select Run. You need to be an administrator to run this tool.

If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.

On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.

The application will automatically identify the correct version of windows 11 for your system, from Next.

Select which media you want to use ISO file. Save an ISO file to your PC

Wait for the application to perform the iso download and after finishing the download it will close automatically.

After downloading, find the Windows 11 ISO file on your PC, right-click and select “Mount”. If the option is not available, select “Open With” and “Windows Explorer”

Run the “Setup” application, present inside the Windows 11 ISO, to start the installation on the PC.

With the ISO files folder open, click on the “Setup” executable to continue installing Windows 11.

After that, a Get Important Updates window will appear along with the two options Select: Not now

Uncheck the box I want to help improve your Windows installation to skip sending unknown data to Microsoft about the installation process Next

After that, a License Terms window will pop up, here you have to click on the Accept button.

6.Now another “Choose what to keep” window or “Ready to install” window will pop up.

At this point, you need to change some settings. Click the “Change what to keep” link

You can now see the “Choose what to keep” window along with the three options given below:

Nothing

Then click on the Next button.

Finally, the Ready to Install window will appear along with the Install button.

If the direct ISO download page is failing, use the Media Creation Tool instead. That is the supported alternative for downloading Windows 11 installation media or an ISO.

On a working PC, go to the Windows 11 download page and under Create Windows 11 Installation Media, select Download Now.
Run MediaCreationTool.exe.
Follow the prompts to create installation media. If the tool offers media choices, select the option to create installation media for another PC and choose ISO file if an ISO is needed, or USB flash drive if creating bootable media directly.
Before reinstalling, back up important files. A clean install removes files, apps, settings, and manufacturer customizations.
To reinstall on the affected PC, either:
- boot from the USB media, or
- if using an ISO on a working Windows 11 PC, open the ISO in File Explorer, run setup.exe, select Change what to keep, and choose Nothing for a clean install.
If Windows Setup asks for a product key during reinstall, select I don't have a product key. Then choose the same Windows edition already licensed on the device. After reinstall, Windows can apply the product key automatically based on the license linked to the device or Microsoft account.

Important:

A clean install is destructive and removes personal files, apps, and settings.
If the PC does not boot from the installation media, check the PC manufacturer instructions for changing the boot order.
For best hardware compatibility, OEM recovery media from the PC manufacturer may include device-specific drivers and factory apps that generic Microsoft media does not include.
