had to replace motherboard and now can't activate windows

Purchased Windows 11pro last week from the microsoft online store for a fresh install but motherboard was bad, replaced motherboard but can no longer use that product key to activate. I show the product key in my windows order history, and the computer is listed in my devices. When using troubleshoot for changed hardware it says unable to activate. Every damn version of self help and troubleshooting so far just deadends or thinks I need to use a "organizational email."

Taylor, I don't have the answer yet, but can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command:

slmgr /dlv

Then share a screenshot please.

Also, how much did you pay for the Pro license? Just want to see if this is a full license or an upgrade license. Thanks!
