I need help with the Microsoft account linked to my PlayStation Network (PSN) account on PS5.

I need help with the Microsoft account linked to my PlayStation Network (PSN) account in Forza Horizon 5 on PS5.

When I first started Forza Horizon 5, I linked my PSN account to an old Microsoft account. I no longer have access to that Microsoft account, and I am therefore unable to sign in to it.

I have created/now use a new Microsoft account, but Forza Horizon 5 does not allow me to link my PSN account to the new Microsoft account because my PSN account is already linked to the old Microsoft account.

I understand that the original Microsoft account is normally permanently associated with the PSN account for Forza Horizon 5. However, I no longer have access to the original account.

Could you please check the Microsoft account currently linked to my PSN account and let me know whether it is possible to remove the old association so that I can link my PSN account to my new Microsoft account?

I can provide my PSN ID, purchase information for Forza Horizon 5, and any other information required to verify ownership.
