Why has Publisher been removed already?

I am unable to open my Publisher folders even though Microsoft's Update a few months ago said the removal date was 1st October, which we haven't got to yet.

    Which version of Office do you have? In subscription versions, the end date for Publisher is in October.

    Older perpetual licenses, such as Office Professional 2021, which include Publisher today, will have Publisher even after the end date.

    Check again. Publisher hasn't been removed from my computer.
