Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Dear Khilan Dadhaniya,
Based on your description, kindly try these steps:
1> Close Outlook completely
In Start Menu, open Task Manager.
Find Microsoft Outlook or OUTLOOK.EXE.
Select it, then click End task.
Try opening Outlook again.
2> Open Outlook in Safe Mode
Press Windows key + R > run: outlook.exe /safe
Safe Mode starts Outlook without add-ins. I can’t start Microsoft Outlook or receive the error “Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window” | Microsoft Support
If Outlook opens in Safe Mode
Disable the add-ins: Go to File > Options > Add-ins > COM Add-ins > Go
Take a screenshot or note which add-ins are enabled.
Clear all checkboxes and click OK.
Close Outlook and open it normally.
If it works, enable add-ins one at a time to identify the problematic one.
3> Create a new Outlook profile
Open Control Panel > Mail (Microsoft Outlook) > Show Profiles > Add
Enter a profile name such as Outlook-New.
Add the email account.
Select Prompt for a profile to be used.
Open Outlook and choose the new profile.
4> Repair Office apps
