    Hello zack Roach,

Since you can’t see a Microsoft 365 subscription on your account, I wouldn’t assume yet that the 105.49 charge is for Microsoft 365.

Microsoft has a specific option for this. Sign in to Manage your payments, find the card involved, and select Investigate for the charge. This is Microsoft’s recommended route for identifying a charge you don’t recognize.

If the charge is then identified as a subscription, you can cancel or turn off recurring billing from the Microsoft account that owns it. If it still cannot be identified, I would use Microsoft Support's billing/contact options for further help.

I hope this helps you identify exactly what you are being charged for before trying to cancel anything.

    1. Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account that may have been used for the charge.
    2. Look for a Microsoft 365 subscription.
      • If Manage, Cancel, or Change payment appears, the subscription is billed by Microsoft.
      • Select Manage > Cancel subscription or Cancel, then follow the prompts.
    3. If Turn on recurring billing appears instead, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and no further cancellation is needed.
    4. If no subscription appears on that account, check whether the charge is on a different Microsoft account. If available, also review order history and payment details for any other Microsoft accounts tied to the payment method.
    5. If the subscription was bought through Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, Best Buy, Harvey Norman, or another third-party retailer, cancellation and refunds must be handled with that provider directly.
    6. If a refund is needed, cancel first. Refund eligibility is checked after cancellation, and not all cancellations qualify for a refund.
    7. If the charge is unrecognized, use the Manage your payments page to investigate it.

If Microsoft 365 is canceled, storage drops to 5 GB of cloud storage and 15 GB of Outlook.com storage. For Microsoft 365 Family or Microsoft 365 Premium, shared users also lose the higher storage allowance.
