This email address is not mine, so I cannot receive the verification code. How can I recover my account?螢幕擷取畫面 2026-09-19 013015

If the verification code is being sent to an email address that does not belong to the account owner, use the official recovery paths only:

    1. Start with the Sign-in Helper tool. It checks the account state and guides to the correct recovery option. It can also offer the chance to talk to an agent.
    2. If the account was hacked, run a full malware scan on the PC before changing or resetting the password:
      • Open Windows Security
      • Go to Virus and threat protection
      • Select Scan options > Full scan > Scan now
    3. If sign-in is still possible with the correct password but some security info is lost:
      • Go to Advanced security options
      • Select Add a new way to sign in or verify
      • Confirm the new method with the code sent there
      • Remove the compromised security info
      • Do not change all security info at once, or the account may be restricted for 30 days
    4. If the password is known but access to all security info is lost:
      • Begin sign-in
      • At Verify your identity, select I don't have any of these
      • Follow the steps to replace the security info
      • After replacement, sign-in is blocked for 30 days
    5. If the password is not known and there is no access to any security info:
      • Read the guidance for the Microsoft account recovery form
      • Submit the recovery request using a working email address that can receive Microsoft’s response
      • Microsoft reviews the answers and responds within 24 hours

    Important limits:

    • If two-step verification is turned on and there is no access to any alternate verification methods, support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details.
    • Support cannot recover the account on behalf of the account owner outside the official recovery process.

After access is restored, check these account settings because they may have been changed by the attacker:

    • Connected accounts
    • Forwarding
    • Automatic replies
