I need to access billing receipts

I cannot locate or navigate MS365. I require to download billing from first registering

    Hi, @Michael O'Gorman

    Are you using a personal Microsoft account or Microsoft 365 Business account?

    Tax invoices are not available in real time. They usually appear within 48 hours up to 5 days after the purchase. Once available, you can download it from the Order details page in your Microsoft account billing history.

    If personal account > You can download it directly from your Microsoft account:

    • Sign in to your Microsoft account order history: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
    • Adjust the date range to include the purchase date.
    • Locate the order (amount, date, or product).
    • Click "Tax invoice" next to it.

    If it is not there yet, and if it is a recent purchase, please wait a few more days before checking again.

    The invoice will download as a PDF, if it doesn’t appear right away, please check your browser’s downloads folder or history.
