I need to change my booking page.

I set my work hours 10am to 4:30pm

However the booking page continues to show 8:00am onwards - how can I change this?

To change the times shown on the Booking page, update the hours in Microsoft Bookings, not only in Outlook or calendar working hours.

    1. Open Microsoft 365 → Bookings.
    2. Select the booking calendar.
    3. Go to Business information.
    4. Under Business hours, set the business hours to 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM for the required days, then select Save.
      • Bookings restricts appointments to these business hours.
      • By default, business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which matches the behavior being seen.

If the page still shows 8:00 AM, also check staff availability:

    1. In the left pane, select Staff.
    2. Select the staff member.
    3. Under Working hours, clear Use business hours only if custom staff hours are needed.
    4. Set the staff hours to 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM and select Save.
      • If staff hours do not match business hours, the booking page can show different availability.

Also review the booking page scheduling settings:

    1. Go to Booking page.
    2. Check the Scheduling policy and save the page.
    3. Select Save and publish.

If services have their own availability rules, those can override the top-level booking page settings. The top-level policies apply to all services unless modified per service.
