Hello,

My Power Apps entries only count up to 100. I want the number to keep increasing since I've exceeded 100. I think the number should be correct.

Is it logging the number of entries correctly? So why wouldn't the listed number be correct?

    Hi @Benassutti, Dana

Your data is fine, nothing is being lost. The number stops at 100 because of how Power Apps loads data, not because it's counting wrong.

Here's what's happening: a count like CountRows(Gallery1.AllItems) only counts the records the app has actually downloaded, and galleries load records in pages of 100. So the label shows 100, and it only grows when you scroll the gallery and more pages load. It's counting the loaded rows, not the rows in your source.

    How to fix it:

    1. Count the data source directly instead of the gallery. For example, CountRows(YourDataSource) or CountRows(Filter(YourDataSource, ...)) with the same filter your gallery uses.
    2. Then raise the row limit: File > Settings > General > Data row limit, change 500 to 2000. This matters because counting functions that can't run on the server ("non-delegable" ones, like CountRows against SharePoint) stop at that limit.
    3. If your list will grow past 2000, tell me your data source. On Dataverse, CountRows(table) handles large tables natively. On SharePoint you'd need a different trick, like reading the ID of the last item or using a small Power Automate flow to return the true total.

If you share the exact formula behind that number and what the data source is, I can give you the exact replacement.
