Reactivate expired Microsoft 365 Office subscription

I am trying to reactivate my expired Microsoft 365 Office. When I enter a changed credit card number, i am told to check the credit card number again. The number is correct, but it doesn't get accepted. I need to reactivate my Microsoft 365 Office to use my Word and Excel programs. Please help!

    2. Your current MS365 subscription was purchased in a different country.

For scenarios 2 and 3, you will need to turn off auto-renewal on the current one and let it expire, then sign up for the subscription again after that, make sure country for your profile matches your billing address country though, otherwise you can run into sign up issue too.
