My Epson ET-2850 gives me error message every time I try to print. I've checked the wi-fi setting and tried to reconnect to the internet but still does not work.

    Hello

It would be super helpful if you can share what the error says in order for us to have an idea what might have gone wrong.

Also, is the error showing up on the computer side, or on the printer side/LCD screen?

Try these steps in order on Windows 11:

    1. Power cycle the printer.
      • Turn the Epson ET-2850 off.
      • Unplug it for 30 seconds.
      • Plug it back in and turn it on.
    2. Confirm the printer connection.
      • Since Wi-Fi was already checked, make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the PC.
      • If the printer has a wireless connectivity test in its menu, run it.
      • If multiple routers, extenders, or separate SSIDs are in use, make sure the PC and printer are on the same network.
    3. Check the printer itself for a hardware error state.
      • If Windows shows Printer in error state, check for low paper or ink.
      • Make sure the cover is fully closed.
      • Check for any paper jam.
    4. Restart the Print Spooler service.
      • Press Windows key + R.
      • Type services.msc and press Enter.
      • Find Print Spooler.
      • Right-click it and select Restart.
    5. Remove and reinstall the printer.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
      • Select the Epson printer and choose Remove.
      • Then select Add device and let Windows find it again.
      • If it appears, add it back and try printing.
    6. Restart the PC.
      • This can refresh the Windows services and components used to communicate with the printer.

If the printer is listed but still fails after reinstalling, print a test page from Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners after adding it again.
