    Hi @Taylor Murdoch

You can refer to the AI's suggestions first. If your current Outlook build is 20026.20182 or higher, you might be encountering a known issue that can cause Copilot to disappear from Classic Outlook. To work around the issue, you may consider:

Using New Outlook or Outlook Web Access (OWA) or creating a new Outlook profile.

In addition, you can try to enable the Show Apps in Outlook feature:

    Select File > Options> Advanced.

Under Outlook panes, check the box for Show Apps in Outlook.

    User's image

Reference: Copilot buttons are missing in classic Outlook for Windows

Additionally, you could ask your current administrator to verify the following:

Verify that your Microsoft 365 Copilot license is correctly assigned to your account.

Check that your account is properly configured and eligible for Copilot.

Reassign the Copilot license to your account if necessary and then restart all Microsoft 365 apps.

To ensure I fully understand your situation and provide the most effective assistance, I'll need a few additional details:

Could you let me know if the behavior started after any recent changes, or did it occur unexpectedly?

May I know which Microsoft 365 license is currently assigned to your account and your current Outlook build version?

    Any updates would be appreciated.

If Copilot disappeared from classic Outlook for Windows, this matches a known issue affecting classic Outlook after updating to build 20026.20182 and higher. In affected cases, Copilot entry points can be missing, unavailable, or grayed out.

    Use these supported workarounds:

    1. Use new Outlook or Outlook on the web as a temporary workaround.
    2. Create a new Outlook profile in classic Outlook.
    3. Turn on Show Apps in Outlook:
      • Go to File > Options
      • Select Advanced
      • Under Outlook panes, check Show Apps in Outlook

If Copilot is missing more generally in Microsoft 365 apps, also check these:

    1. Update Office to the latest build.
    2. Refresh the license:
      • Open any Microsoft 365 app
      • Go to File > Account
      • Select Update License
      • Close and restart all Microsoft 365 apps
    3. Check the update channel:
      • In any Microsoft 365 app, go to File > Account
      • If the product information shows Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel, Copilot features are not available there
      • Copilot requires Current Channel or Monthly Enterprise Channel
    4. Check privacy settings:
      • Go to File > Account > Manage Settings under Account Privacy
      • Make sure Experiences that analyze your content is turned on
      • Make sure All connected experiences is turned on

If the goal is specifically to get Copilot back on the ribbon in classic Outlook, the most relevant actions are:

    • confirm whether Outlook is on build 20026.20182 or later
    • enable Show Apps in Outlook
    • create a new Outlook profile if the button is still missing
    • use new Outlook or OWA until Microsoft resolves the issue
