i have a windows account that does not have admin rights.
Apparently there's two admin accounts on my pc. The windows built in admin and a local account i have created.
I am unsure on the password so i am unable to get past User Access Control to make changes to my pc and i can't sign into the admin account as i don't know the password. any suggestions or help be apricated.

If the built-in Windows default Administrator account is enabled, usually that account would not have a password set on the account.

If you are unable to remember the password for the admin local account you created, try using one of these steps to reset the password.

I am afraid none of this helps me.
1 -the built in admin account is not enabled. is there a way i can enable it and log in?
2 - both links will not help me as i need to reset a local account windows admin user and the second link that shows the example is a user account. when i do the same process i do not get the same outcome.

If those steps did not resolve the problem, try using this process to make your user account an Administrator account.
Click the power icon on the Login screen.
Press the Shift key and click Restart.
Your PC will boot into the Windows Recovery Environment.
Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Startup Settings and click Restart.
Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode.
Type Administrator as the user on the login screen and leave the password box empty when logging into Windows as an Administrator.
In Windows, click the Start button, then type netplwiz and press Enter.
In the resulting utility, select your user account and click Properties.
Select the 'Group membership' tab and set your account as a member of the Administrators group.
Save the settings and restart the PC.
