My current subscription ends on 24 December 2026 but I am repeatedly being asked to "Upgrade" and I can't access the benefits of my current subscription.

    Which Microsoft subscription are you using, and which benefits cannot be accessed? Where does it ask you to upgrade?

    Please also sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services and confirm whether the subscription shows as active until 24 December 2026. You may share a screenshot, but hide your email address and payment details.
