i cant sign in because another email address of mine is there and i cant remove it and i cant sign in to co pilot but bought subscription

    Can you tell me where exactly you’re trying to remove your email address? Is it in your Windows account settings or inside a Microsoft Office app?

    If you can, please share a screenshot of the screen where you’re stuck.

    Also, are you having trouble signing out of your Microsoft account from the Copilot app?

    What error do you receive when signing in with your Microsoft account in the Copilot app?
