Cancel my Microsoft subscription.

I had a Microsoft 365 subscription during my online school with school email. I no longer have school account and have no way to login to that account. Tried multiple ways to contact Microsoft for cancelling but only gets AI that asks me to login to my account without any way to move forward. I have not used the product (I do not have access to it) for more than 6 months but have been paying the monthly fees with no way to cancel. Is there any way to contact Microsoft other than AI?

    If you do not have access to the account that the subscription is linked to, Microsoft Support may also be unable to cancel the subscription on your behalf. Your best next step is to contact your IT administrator and ask for permission to temporarily access the account for the sole purpose of cancelling the subscription. Explain your situation so they can assist you.

    If you are unable to access the account or your IT administrator cannot provide access, your last resort may be to contact your bank and ask them to block future charges from Microsoft.
