Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Microsoft 365 activation. Could you please share a little more information about what happened? What exact message or error do you see when you open Word, Excel, or another Microsoft 365 application?
Are you using Windows or macOS? Was Microsoft 365 previously activated and working correctly on this same device? Did this start recently, for example after a renewal, payment change, Office update, or update?
If you sign in to your Microsoft account and open Services & subscriptions, does your Microsoft 365 subscription appear there as active? Also, please confirm that the account shown under File > Account is the same Microsoft account associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription.
